RedtoolstoreReviews of redtoolstore.com

It is very convenient to order products and replacement components. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, then called to correct my order and they answered my call and corrected it right away.

Your people were fine. Fed Ex left the tool at the road 900 ft. Away at the road. Thank you for notifying me. Got it

Red Tool Store has the best prices, great and responsive customer service and got my tool to me within just days. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Definitely will be buying my power tools from you guys every time.

Quick shipping and easy website to find what you are looking for

Good experience

The items I ordered were on back order and took quite a while to get. I was annoyed because I was looking forward to trying the new work light on jobs, but I didn’t truly need it to get any work done. When I emailed asking about it I got a prompt response about the items being on back order and that I would be notified as soon as they shipped, which was true. It was still a great deal and I received the items in new condition, no issues. Overall, I was happy to wait because it was still a great deal and I will most likely shop with them again.

Great price on Milwaukee blower and charging starter kit. Great communication about shipping. A+ service!

Product as described, love my new tools. Thank you!!
