I’ve been buying from Red Tools for Pros. I actually didn’t notice your name is similar but not them. They had a battery promotion, like most of the time, where you buy a tool and get a free battery : in this instance it was this model impact and get a free 6.0 battery. I thought I was ordering that. I didn’t t pay attention obviously. So I got the same impact at the same price, but now I have to order and buy a battery separately. My fault for not paying better attention when I went to buy it.

Price on item was really good and delivery was on time. Only negative was the 2 battery pack from Milwaukee looked as if it had bad been ripped open previously and I’m hoping they weren’t used and repackaged. The inflator was factory sealed and worked as anticipated

Box used for shipping was in good shape, but the merchandise packaging had a large hole in it. Pretty expensive item to have a torn up box.

Everything was great package came quick only issue was they delivered it to the wrong location. And the picture provided wasn’t much help in identifying the location of the package.

Right out of the gate i was just checking availability and prices for the Milwaukees heated jacket and like some sites you have to give your credit card info just to get total prices including taxes and shipping costs however this site automatically charged my credit card for a new jacket. Wow! and the taxes were too high. So i paid $255.00 for a dang heated jacket. Then took way too long to come in! However it is a fantastic jacket.

Miss labeled packages and still missing item
