RedtoolstoreReviews of redtoolstore.com

Garbage company, I ordered a 1-2’ impact & the 12.0 Battery. I ordered it priced from their website and mid traffic as it was being delivered to my house the company returned it back to themselves because THEY made a price mess up on their website. No communication or nothing, their prices aren’t even cheaper than Home Depot either. Never shopping on this garbage company ever again.

Never received my iteams a orbital sander and a 6 amp battery. Just because fedex says they delivered it. They are saying that I have to order another one and pay for it again. Truly believe fedex dropped the ball. The driver either took it home with him or the driver delivered it to some other adress. Don't waste your time with this company

Bought cases and inserts for tool organizers for my step father. Come to find out it only fits Milwaukee tools - not stanley, husky or Kobalt. I emailed customer support to see if I could get a store credit - no response.... Prices are decent - quality is good. But good luck getting any support if an issue. I would just buy at Home Depot - you can get support there or in a store.

I purchased several items thinking they were Milwaukee tools. One of the batteries failed while "under warranty". Took it to our local Milwaukee dealer and they told us it was a Chinese knock off, and that they were experiencing this problem often. Redtool store is not Milwaukee!

Did 2 orders for toolboxes , garage organizers, charger, and plunge track and saw. The Plunge Saw was broken in the box, Zero customer service from redtool, they just tell you too bad so sad and you should have gone to homedepot

Battery lasted two months, then stopped charging and will not power anything. Amazon said contact Milwaukee and Milwaukee said to contact Amazon??? No one takes responsibility, now have a paper weight instead of a battery. Buying Dewalt!!!!

Made my first order with redtoolstore.com for $1,700. I purchased Milwaukee m18 forge batteries when they were on sale. Redtoolstore shipped all the batteries in 1 box and the box broke during shipping. When the package arrives, it was missing a battery, and the batteries that did arrive, they had damaged clamshells. One battery had marks all over it from being removed from clamshell. To redtoolstore credit, they did replace the missing battery lost during shipping. However they promised to send me discount/credit due to damaged batteries/ clamshells. I agreed to the discount and waited patiently. After a few days they email me asking if all the battery's work minus the physical damage. I emailed redtoolstore back and let them know they all work. They proceed to tell me that because the batteries work, they don't want to provided the discount they agreed to. If redtoolstore didn't want to give me a discount, why did they even bring it up, and set the expectation in the first place?! Really frustrated over the situation, I recommend buying just from home depot, because if there is a problem, they will take care of you. BUYER BEWARE

Hundreds of dollars in Packout arrived broken and destroyed, this website is a scam, I've emailed every contact and link I could find but no one ever responded. This website is a scam, do not buy from here.
