Redtiger has communicated with me every step of the way on fixing my issue with my dashcam. When I couldn't fix the issue on my own they sent me a new one. Even out of warranty. Customer service is the best and Emma makes it even better! Thank you Redtiger.

Happy with customer service and product
I bought a redtiger dashcam F7N series, and I am very happy with their product and customer service. Compared to a lot of companies these days that it's almost impossible to find human support, Redtiger stood behind their product and provided me with prompt and caring solutions.

Best company for dash cams
Best company for dash cams. Any time I email them they always come up with a quick resolution. I own 4 dash cams from them now.

Best Customer Service!
Red Tiger has one of the best customer support departments I have ever encountered. I had an issue with a dashcam mount not staying on to my windshield. Red Tiger responded promptly to all of my questions, then the provided me with free parts to help solve the problem. And on top of that, they followed up with me on the day the parts were to arrive to make sure I have received them and that the issue had be solved. Which is unheard of in today's transaction and AI based customer service norms. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had.
