I received my new RedTiger dashcam in perfect condition — tightly bubble-wrapped and safe. It even came with a memory card already inserted, which was a nice bonus. I swapped out my old faulty unit right away and it worked perfectly. Emma from the customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout. Without her support, I’d still be driving with a faulty dashcam. Fast resolution, great communication, and a product that does exactly what it should. Highly recommended.

After some timely back and forth troubleshooting they made a one-time exception and sent a complete brand-new unit when I expected just a front camera.
