Reg Stag has provided outstanding customer service to me. I ordered 4 refrigerator filters from the company. Unfortunately, 2 of the filters were defective and leaked badly. I contacted Red Stag and replacement filters were sent promptly. I have already ordered more filters and I will continue to purchase from Red Stag because of their outstanding customer service.

Customer service responded as promised within the 24 hours by email, and resolved my issue of replacing a defective filter. This is what I was hoping for considering that I had bought a supply of filters from Redstag more than two years ago and was just using the last one.
