We were forced to cancel our Florida beach vacation due to serious illness. We submitted our claim, forwarded the requested Physician’s Statement, and received a full refund (less the insurance premium, of course) all within a month or so. Also, their Customer Service Folks could not have been more courteous and helpful. All in all, I was extremely satisfied. We rebooked our Florida vacation for 2022 and you can be certain I happily bought the Travel Insurance. Thank you Red Sky!

I give 3 stars because of the hassle I had to go thru to prove how UNSAFE & how we could have had loss of life, even with everyone in the US who watch the weather & know where devastation of hurricanes have passed thru & it doesn't happen in just a day as hurricanes continue to devastate as they flood, etc for days. I felt it took way to long from filing our claim & all the documentation we had to retrieve on the path of the hurricane & our travel path to get this claim settled. THIS WAS TRULY EXHAUSTING!! To Red Sky, please don't put others thru this lengthy process when insurance companies collect millions in premiums, as we buy, counting on your company to help keep our families safe if we need to file a claim, as we needed to this time, in order for us to be safe & the sadness & unhappiness of our family not being able to take our trip.

We had to cancel our trip because my husband had a stroke. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't feeling very hopeful about receiving a refund. I sent in the appropriate documentation from our doctor and received a refund approximately a week or so later. I was pleased with the speed of the refund.

Very pleased! We had to cancel our trip at the last minute. So happy we had the insurance. Will always have the insurance. Outstanding company!

I booked vacation several months in advance, it was suggested I purchased the travel insurance for unforeseen incidents, I was packed and ready to head to my destination, when tropical storm Claudette was deemed dangerous for travel, I filed a claim with Red Sky and was denied, I appealed and was denied, I appealed again with several articles regarding Claudette and coverage listed in policy and was approved, I don’t think it should have been denied to start with, but I am very thankful that it was finally approved.It made me wonder why buy travel insurance.

Quick refund on my situation, next trip will buy insurance again through Red Sky

The Red Sky reps were very courteous and informative in our telephone conversations. We did our claim by mail and the reps were very helpful in explaining the process and time line. After satisfying the requirement of specific supporting documents, which took longer than I realized it would, RedSky refunded me the full amount of my claim. Thank you, RedSky!!
