I had insurance for a ski pass. It was easy to put in the claim and they worked with my physician to get the information they needed to process my claim. As soon as it was approved and I gave them the bank transfer information the payment was made within 1 day.

It took over 3 months to receive our check. I had been told almost 2 months prior that it had been approved and it had been sent to whoever it needed to go for payment. After 2 more calls and finally asking for a supervisor, it was paid.

Sandra, Thank you for reaching out to us. While on average it takes 30 days or more to adjudicate a claim upon receipt of all required documentation, due to increased number of claims received, our processing times may take longer. We appreciated your patience as we evaluated your claim. At the time of posting, we understand that your claim has been resolved. Regards, The Arch Red Sky Team

It was very easy to file a claim and there were email updates along the way to let me know where it was in the process and what the next steps would be
