I wish I could give negative stars... I bought this travel insurance to cover a trip to take my terminally ill sister to the beach for what would probably be her last birthday ever. I had to cancel the trip when the condo rental company let me know that the elevator wasn't working, because my sister is unable to walk up the stairs. I was very clear when I rented the condo that an elevator was a necessity. Red Sky denied my initial claim AND the appeal citing that we knew about the illness in advance. We did know about the illness in advance, which is why I said we could ONLY rent a place with an elevator. Obviously Red Sky is a scam company that only takes your money has no intention of ever paying out. Don't use their services!

Ashley, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the circumstances of your claim. Travel insurance is a named peril insurance, meaning only covered events outlined in the policy are insured. Unfortunately, your circumstance did not meet a covered reason under the policy. We understand you are disappointed with the outcome, however, we are required to adjudicate claims according to the terms of your policy. We categorically refute your allegations that Arch Red Sky is a scam company when no benefits are payable for your set of circumstance. If you have any further questions you can contact us at 866-889-7409. Regards, The Arch Red Sky Team
