The purchasers at redollar.com are very honest and offered about 91.8% of spot price for Au. They were very polite even though I was not punctual with respect to communication, due to my being very busy with travel/school/other side businesses. The base spot price locked upon delivery so price fluctuations would not affect the offer price. While they offered about 89% for .925 Ag jewelry, I accidentally put some pieces in that I did not want to sell, so I requested that they send it all back (so they would not have to go through it and pick pieces I wanted and reassess the weight, etc.). They did so without complaint. In addition, I did not even tell them why I wanted the Ag and a diamond returned; in other words, they respect clients' privacy.

Excellent all the way around. I had an old gold dental crown and they made the process extremely easy and transparent, providing packing and pre-paid shipping material, and corresponding at every step. It took about 10 days from the time I first contacted them until I got a check for the amount they had promised.

I used reDollar when I had a gold bridge removed. One section was kept on as a crown, but there were two teeth worth of gold left. I found reDollar online and sent them my information. They sent me a prepaid mailing label, I sent my gold tooth, and within a couple of days I got my quote, which I immediately accepted. A couple of days later I received a check. I am thrilled with the service and the money I was offered. If I ever have more gold to sell, I will definitely use reDollar again.
