Good company
I found this company during my browsing online. Of course I was very hesitant to try them, but read some reviews and decided to go ahead... The process went just as described on their site. Got the label, sent the package. Package reached them in the late afternoon (delivery was slow, but it was not in their control). Next day I got confirmation from them, that my package is in they hands and that it was sent to the lab. Few hours later I got test results / offer. I accepted the offer and was payed in less than half an hour. Definitely will use them again!

Did not go quite as described on website.
The process was slower than stated on the website. Only 2 payout options were given, neither being the preferred method that is listed on the website. Scrap silver had gold in it as well, <1% of 125 grams so close to 1 gram but they said they won't pay for it being the amount was so low. They were nice however, and their communication with you is very quick.

We have offered the customer various payment options, as we have referred him to the “GET PAID” section of our website, where we list nine payout options. Only one of these payment options was not available for a reason beyond our control. If the sales volume is lower than $60, we recommend fast and cost-free payment options that are in the best interest of our customers. We have offered the customer a free and fully insured shipping option that is appropriate for a low sales volume such as his. Since we offer very high payout prices with 100% free services, we are unable to offer fully insured next-day or two-day shipping options for sales volumes lower than $60, as this is inefficient. We offered the customer a free melting analysis to which he agreed. The customer had the option to decline our offer and have us return his items fully insured at our expense. We don’t know of any refining company in the country that pays for determined gold with an amount of 0.6%, as the refining costs to extract this low gold amount are significantly higher than the value of the extracted gold material itself.

Great experience
I had a great experience with redollar. I got a fair price for my item but what was truly impressive was the line of communication throughout the appraisal and sale.
