Ok, at first I was somewhat skeptical, but i totally understood the concept. I tried to go local but pawns were paying 60%. I finally got one in all of Connecticut to go to 80%, compared to redollar, redollar is champ. Payment was same day, shipping was no cost and 2 day air. I would definitely recommend redollar services.

Excellent experience
ReDollar is an excellent place to sell precious metals. They remain in contact with you throughout the transaction so you dont need to worry about your valuables. Their prices paid are top dollar and they will even ask permission to do further testing if needed. I have been in the precious metals business for 40 yrs and highly recommend reDollar!

In general the entire process was very…
In general the entire process was very well set up and the transaction quickly performed. My biggest problem is that they deducted 1.5 grams for the class ring stone and the stone had already been removed and weighed before shipping. I'm not quite sure why that happened but that's a loss of over $30.

Thank you for your critical review. When we received your class ring there were still remains of the center stone in the mounting, which suggests that the stone was not dismounted properly. We provided you with a photo to explain the weight deduction. We deducted 1.11 grams for this center stone residue, but your pre-calculated weight also showed a deviation of 0.50 grams, resulting in a total weight deduction of 1.61 grams. Transparency is our top priority, which means we are happy to provide our customers with detailed photos to explain potential uncertainties. We work hard to do everything in our power so you feel comfortable and involved in our process.

Very easy transaction...I sent in 51…
Very easy transaction...I sent in 51 grams of flakes and some nuggets. With their machine they accurately were able to read the purity of each nugget and such. Now I knew what I had sent them and knew that the flakes were supposed to be between 75-84% and that the nuggets were to be between 94-98%, this was the perfect opportunity to cheat but they did not, the machine told what the purity was, and that was that, and in most cases my gold came out on the high side. Their offer was more than fair and was based solely on the gold content. I opted for a regular check and they mailed it out immediately with a tracking number and the check came the exact day it was supposed to. Pleasantly surprised!
Extremely professional and prompt correspondence. The entire process was very easy and transparent. They offered me more than the local jewelers and sent payment within 24 hours of receiving my items. I would gladly do business with Redollar again.
