reDollarReviews of redollar.com

I sent items to other online buyers for offers. Redollar had the best prices at least 25% higher than everyone. Great service fast payment. Other buyers claim to pay more but it's just talk.I just declined a $2430 offer from a competetor redollar is offering over $3300.

reDollar affords great customer service and offers fair market prices. They are definitely trustworthy. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I was really nervous about trusting an online company for this purpose - however, reDollar came through with flying colors!! They were transparent, up front, and very good at communication. Their customer service was superb as well. They sent me a shipping box for my items and insured them, notified me when they were received, and gave me an offer for my items immediately. I accepted the offer and they gave me a choice of how to receive payment (I chose Zelle). I had my money in minutes!! There were two items they were not interested in and they are returning them to me (insured) with no hassle. This company was amazing. I definitely would use them again in the future.

reDollar was exceptional in communication and in payment. They answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. And they paid me over $360 for my class ring. That was more than the comparable offers I received. Quick, smooth, easy transaction!

ReDollar provided an easy selling experience for me. I was able to get an estimate of what they might offer me prior to sending my ring to them. Ordering a kit online through their website was simple. After receiving the ring I sent them, they took time to evaluate it, not just throw a lowball offer my way like another site had. I received a fair offer that was almost 4 times more than another site. I was surprised that the offer I received was really close to the estimated offer I got through their website. You can trust ReDollar, which I can’t say about some other sites out there. They were in constant communication with me, they were pleasant to communicate with, and they were highly professional. I highly recommended them based on this experience. I’ll definitely use ReDollar again for my future needs.

I called local Florida jewelers about their prices to purchase my three-plus ounce, 14K, gold bracelet. I figured 14K is 58% of 24K which was around $1,800 per ounce and therefore the gold value of the bracelet before smelting, S&H, and profit was roughly 3 ounces x $1,800/oz x .58 or $3,132 plus pending certified scale weight. Local jewelry store quoted me $600 to $800 per ounce or $1800 - $2,400 for the bracelet. That felt kind of light to me, so I did some research on the web and found reDollar.com. I liked their reviews and return policy if not satisfied with their quote. Sent them some pictures of the bracelet and was impressed with their quote of $2,842 based on the pictures and my rough weight from a postage meter which is not Troy ounces. Gold is weighed in Troy ounces. They sent me a UPS insured mailer, I boxed it up, and took it to the local wrap and ship place. When they received it two days later, they sent me a final quote based on the actual weight for $3,086. I was quite impressed and accepted the offer and their check. I think you would be hard pressed to find a local jeweler that could match the price, communication, and service.

I had never used an online company to sell my gold, and was VERY leary to do so. After checking numerous websites I decided this was a solid place to do business. Let me tell you...I've NEVER dealt with a company that communicates so quickly with every step of the process. Plus they offer so many ways to get paid. The whole process took about a week...from requesting the FREE mailing kit until I got the check. Everything had tracking numbers going both ways. I'm THOROUGHLY impressed!
