Tonight my wife and I decided to dine at The red Lobster. We just moved here on July 16th 2022 from Portland, Oregon. We have been to Red Lobster locations in Oregon, Orange County, CA, and San Diego. We have never had a server as genuine as Alexus who we met today at this location! Yes Alexus was polite and friendly, professional and attentive but what made this an experience above ALL other evenings we spent at other Red Lobster locations across the country was Alexus came across as such a genuine person!! That's not something you can create, fake, learn. It's truly a gift and Alexus shared that with us tonight. The greatest assets of any business is its people. Alexus is a perfect example of that. Red Lobster is very lucky to have such a valuable team member! Thank you all for a great meal tonight and thank you Alexus for being you. We wish you all the best. And continue striving to be the best.

Yesterday, I was served by Ms. Nikki. She was friendly and made my visit to Red Lobster so great! She talked to me and helped me make the best choices. I felt that I was in good hands with Nikki! The service and food was the best! Thank you.

The food was fast perfect and more than filling. Our waitress was fun, precise and energetic and the manager consistently waking the dining room speaking to guests watching over the restaurant. I am more than impressed with the Marquette Mi Red Lobster!!!

This is one of my favorite place to eat, the staff is always pleasant and polite food it’s really good and the drinks child …

I love red lobster the best food ever you can get good seafood good quality food I think everyone should go there it’s a nice seafood restaurant I personally love their crab legs their bread is divine and their Keylime pie is amazingWould recommend it to anyone

Very good! We often visit the Red Lobster in Santa Maria, California. We love this location because the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really love some of the rotating items on the menu, and it always keeps it fresh. My only complaint is they got rid of the regular fish and chips, which my family left. We are hoping they get it back. I’d like to mention they’re excellent reward app, which we use regularly to get delicious chocolate cake! We often visit the red lobster in Santa Maria, California. I was actually shocked by the quality of the service. It was awesome! I didn't expect to get such a service. I will definitely come back again!
