Yesterday was our 40th wedding anniversary and we visited the Red Lobster at 298 E Winchester Street Murray, UT 84107 to celebrate. Even though the food has declined in quality in recent years, the Ultimate Feast is still my favorite. What was intended to be an intimate and enjoyable visit turned into a great disappointment. The music was turned up so loud that we could hardly talk to one another, or hear what the other was saying. The choice of music leaves much to be desired in the first place, hardly the ambiance one would expect at an upscale restaurant. The ungodly loud music left us both saying that we would not likely visit quite so often, for it is not the first time we have experienced this problem.

No ceaser salad, no broccoli, no fish choices execept Salmon! Slow service! Wont be back!

It was my Birthday celebration. MY Family and I choosed to eat here. I was embarrassed by the Quality of service. The unprofessionalism with everyone involved. Where is the manager and the food? I asked to have a box to take the food out. I no longer have the app. I never forget this horrific experience. I told my family say goodbye to red lobster. And thank you for the food poisoning.

Three customers for Sunday Brunch. Two ordered shrimp dishes and one ordered fish and chips. The shrimp dinners were ok but the fish was inedible, it was tuff, rubbery, and not chewable. Waiter was informed and manager notified. Both employees apologized for terrible fish meal and offered a replacement but meal was almost over and no time to wait for reorder. Bill came and no compensation was offered for inedible meal. We will no longer visit this establishment. Manager admitted fish was now bought breaded and corporate will not go back to the way they breaded it at restaurant, said he has gotten many complaints. It should be removed from menu.

Omg. I ignored the Trustpilot rating that was right in my face! That's what I get! 😀 You would think that in this economy that they would try to make the food better.

Went to Red Lobster on Barry Road on 5/24/26. It was terrible! We ordered shrimp combos tail. It arrived in a small round bowl with some pieces of ice under them. Very tacky I think there were six shrimp. I ordered shrimp combo. It was a very small portion and the shrimp was cold! Never will I go back!!!!

worst dinner i have ever had. they were very rude to my family and food was not good the last time at all and we go there every week. this last time i realized i will not ever dine there again.

I ordered some food gluten free to go. I noticed there were biscuits and when I called to find out if they were gluten free, a man by the name of terry or gary answered and said they were not gluten free. When I asked if there were more gluten items, he said yes, crispy potatoes. I am very disappointed your staff didn’t take the proper steps to make sure my order was gluten free and when I told terry this he was very rude and even hung up on me when I said I would make sure to leave a comment. You need to do better to be more inclusive to food allergies. DONT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC!!
