Walmart.com shut down
Walmart.com completely shut down my account after I used several gift cards purchased from Redeeem. I lost about $120 on these two cards. After some back and forth calling Walmart, I was told I must bring the original receipts and physical gift cards to a Walmart shop to get my money back. I asked Redeeem if they are able to help me on this and they said they are not capable of sending the physical cards and receipts to me. They are sorry for my loss but there's nothing they would do.

Hey Tina - I'm really sorry you lost money on that trade, I know that must be frustrating. Since this incident we've focused our engineering and support efforts on increasing security and reducing trading fraud on the platform, and have made huge progress, but we still have more work to do.
