Need another way of verifying a bad trade.
I’ve lost 3 trades to a seller that has a 99% rating. I’ve tried many times to get Loom to record without success. I should be able to contact the seller directly.

Your KYC verification through civic was…
Your KYC verification through civic was very poor. After submitting all required documentation it's been 3 days now and I'm yet to get verified. Same applies to 3 of my friends I referred to Redeeem. I've contacted the civic customer service support and they claimed the process can take up to 4 business days to get verified. Sound ridiculous to me. It's been over a month now, one of my friends i referred has not been verified after submitting all required documents. My case was supposed to be different because I was asked to verify my identity because my driver's license on file has expired. I uploaded my updated license and it's been 3 days now with no update..

Hey, sorry for this, I agree the KYC process can be frustrating sometimes. We use Civic.com to handle identity verification but sometimes they have issues. However, there's no way it should take a month. Please message our support, we'll help you.

Great site
Great site, but they need to stop converting BTC to credits. Its a waste of money
