It's hard to pay with Bitcoin. There are hefty fees involved and sometimes the savings don't add up for smaller gift cards.

Redeeem does not charge any bitcoin fees, those are miner fees associated with all crypto trading. We charge a simple and consistent 3.0% escrow fee on all successful trades. We took a look into your account, and you have a lot of very small trades, $5 and such, so that be part of the confusion.

UPDATE It's not a RIPOFF SCAM as I originally posted but it is incompetence. BTW they changed their original reply and now claim my account was engaged in fraud and is therefore suspended. None of it is true. They never suspended my account, and also the email they claim they have sent about it - I don't know to whom did they send it to but it wasn't to me. The whole thing was a mess, and the only issue was missing BTC. Their reply is as written for someone else. It implies fraud, suspended account, and email exchange, none of which ever happened. They're either too caught up in the digital crypto world and as a result suffer from lack of the most basic communication skills, or they're just generally severely incompetent. Whatever it is I hope they get their act together. RIPOFF SCAM !!! BTC was sent to my redeeempay address over 36 hours ago and atm it has 233 confirmations on the blockchain, but they're giving me the runaround claiming they can't seem to find the amount and that they have to verify the BTC was received. I guess transaction hash showing over 200 confirmations (and counting) just doesn't cut it for these guys. Best case scenario - they're just incompetent. Either way - stay away. Save your money. You're welcome.

Hey Aaran! We receive 1000s of deposits each week and issues are extremely rare. As we explained in our customer support email, it appears this account was engaged in apparent fraudulent activities that are strictly against our terms of service, so we suspended your account. Please reach out to us on email or chat and we'll try to resolve this for you the best we can. We pride ourselves in protecting our community, and we stand by this decision.

Walmart.com completely shut down my account after I used several gift cards purchased from Redeeem. I lost about $120 on these two cards. After some back and forth calling Walmart, I was told I must bring the original receipts and physical gift cards to a Walmart shop to get my money back. I asked Redeeem if they are able to help me on this and they said they are not capable of sending the physical cards and receipts to me. They are sorry for my loss but there's nothing they would do.
