POOR DESIGN FOR ATTACHING TAG
Here’s an idea… how about you hire someone with a brain to figure out an EASY way to attach the tag to the collar. Attaching the tag to the collar is very frustrating. Apparently, your company has heard this complaint MANY times and still you do nothing. Very poor design.

Hi Dan, you can use the included split ring to attach the tag to a collar. Our split rings are durable to ensure the ID tag doesn't fall off with use. You can always use an alternative split ring if you find them easier to attach. If you have suggestions for a different design please contact us at [email protected]. Thanks!
