Dont bother unless you've got weeks to wait and dont like communication. Id think a scam if my friend hadnt actually received something. Avoid i would.. and absolutely DONT pay for postage.

Really disappointed with my experience. I paid £6.25 for delivery advertised as 4–7 business days, but over two weeks later my order still hadn't arrived. I initially contacted the company by email and through their contact form without receiving a response. I eventually got through via live chat, where I was told a replacement would be sent. However, the following day I was told they first needed to ask the carrier to investigate the missing parcel. After pushing back, they agreed to send a replacement immediately, which I appreciate. However, they refused to refund the delivery charge, stating that the delay was the responsibility of the carrier rather than theirs. My contract was with Red Dingo, not their chosen courier, so I don't think it's reasonable to charge customers for a delivery timeframe that they later say they cannot guarantee and won't compensate for if it's missed. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. If you do decide to buy from them, I would strongly recommend not paying extra for faster delivery.

If your cats are known to have sensitive skin, DO NOT buy from reddingo.com. The material used is nylon webbing which is known to cause skin allergy for cats. I made the purchase on reddingo.com and put the cat collars on four cats. All 4 cats scratched their necks badly. At first, I thought it may be the collars were tight on them so I loosen the collars that I can fit 2 fingers between their necks and the collars but they still scratched their necks badly. So I took them off after a few days. To my horror, I found the fur on their necks where the collars were placed were mostly gone!!! That's the result of allergy reaction to the material of the collars. the vendor reddingo.com website does not ready state what material the cat collar is made of. I finally found the information under FAQ that says the collars are of Nylon webbing. Google search said Nylon webbing can cause skin allergy.

I was very happy with the vegan leather dog collar I bought. The product exceeded expectations and was dispatched quickly. I would not hesitate to buy more of their products.

€30. Sent me an email that it was sent from Austria. 3 weeks later? Nothing! No dog tag, no responses to email, nothing. Losers. Do not waste your money or time. I did so that you don’t have to do so.

Awful quality, ironically the worst dog tag I’ve ever had! Engraving isn’t particularly visible, even less so now it’s 12 months old, and the tag itself has lost a massive chunk of the ceramic part.

Jeg synes, at leveringstiden er alt for lang. Jeg bestilte d. 15. December og har stadig ikke modtaget mine hundetegn. Håber da virkelig, at jeg ikke er blevet snydt!

Paid just short of £8 for a collar, gone within an hour. I think the quick release might be too quick, not impressed.
