Easy to use website. Order was held because shipping address was different than billing address.i happen to call to find out how soon a customized order took to ship. Customer service said they sent email but I did not see it. She got the confirmation she needed and pushed the order thru. It shipped that day. Very nice customer service person. Change this rule as other websites do not have this requirement.

had exactly what i was looking for and had it swiftly even during a pandemic

Even though I know Redding Medical must be overwhelmed with orders during this time, I received absolutely exceptional service and wanted to make sure it was recognized. I placed my order on a Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, I was contacted by an incredibly friendly representative who apologetically let me know that the exact pulse ox I ordered was out of stock. However, she was able to suggest an upgraded version of the product which happened to be on sale for less than the what the original was going to cost. With that resolved, my order and refund were processed immediately, and I received the product within the promised timeframe. I’m so impressed with this company’s customer service, especially given the the high demand for medical products right now. Can’t recommend them enough.
