I wanted to get a stethoscope for my fiancée, and they helped me with not only the purchase and engraving of the stethoscope, but also finding a nice physician bag to keep that and some other stuff in. Spoke with them on the phone three times, and they were excellent with their help! Shipped fast, and couldn't have been happier with them!

Dear Sir, I am sorry for your frustration, but our website states our policy regarding international shipments of Littmann and Welch Allyn, plus you were notified via email of our policy. Please see the link on our site: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Visit reddingmedical.com/international_orders.com for more information. It states: "Redding Medical does ship overseas. Please note that due to our contract agreement with Littmann and Welch Allyn, we are unable to ship Littmann or Welch Allyn products outside of the United States. Redding Medical is permitted to ship Littmann products to all US states and territories. When you place an international order for shipping internationally, please disregard the shipping fee that is listed, since that is for US shipments only. We will email you the shipping charges for your approval. We will not ship anything to you until we have your approval via email. Also, due to the large volume of fraudulent international credit cards, we are now requiring two forms of identification: Copy of credit card statement or credit card ( You may block out all but the last four digits) Photo ID You may email or fax this information to us at 410-526-9759 or [email protected] International orders are usually shipped via Express Mail International, which usually delivers within 3-7business days from time of shipment. Got a Littmann Master Classic II for a great student/assistant. The Lucida Calligraphy font came out perfect, and I ordered it from Redding because both their price and illustration of what to expect in the engraving were the best. They even called me shortly after I placed my order to be certain of how I wanted her name done, just to avoid any mistakes. It also arrived quickly. Best of everything.
