All of the equipment I ordered came in as timely a fashion as possible considering this busy time of year. My only comment is that the website could be updated a little bit more thoroughly. 2/4 items were out of stock in the color that I chose and had to be replaced. No worries... color not a big deal.

I received my order a day sooner than expected and the order was exactly what I ordered. The plum color is lovely but I wish Redding posted real pictures of all their stethoscopes. As for the laser engraving, I wanted to add credentials to my name and met the requirement but it still wouldn't allow it. Only thing I could think of is perhaps the spaces were counted. All in all, great purchase. This is the second time I am buying from Redding and would again for the fast and reliable service with reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service and communication! I had ordered for my daughter and had shipped to her in another state. The Redding Medical team went above and beyond validating my payment source. Their communication was exceptional and when the shipping deadline was missed due to email backlog, they overnighted my order. They have set the bar extremely high for others!

My stethoscope arrived in 2 days, ordered on Thursday night and received by Sunday! Everything turned out beautiful! I love it!

It’s perfect! The color and the engravings on the tubing and chest piece are immaculate. Sound quality is great. Great price for all of the above and one of only a few places offering engraving on both tubing and chest piece. Can’t wait to use on my first day of school!

The replacement tubing for my Littman Cardiology III arrived quicker than I expected, especially with the Covid delays. It was very easy to change. Thanks!
