I ordered a Cardiology lll stethoscope. It has a turquoise tube and smoke finished chest piece and headset. When I ordered it, I assumed the tube would be engraved black or gray, but it came light brown. It doesn't look good and I think it will fade over time. Also, my name engraved on the chest piece is very small, smaller than the Cardiology engraving, so it's hard to read. I wouldn't have spent the extra $20 if I would've known. All around, I'm not happy with the engraving. The stethoscope itself works great! I also ordered a storage clipboard and the back of it had a piece cracked off by the hinges, so that will be going back. Frustrated!

The stethoscope was out of stock and not going to be in until the middle of February. They got there stock in and my daughter received it right before her birthday. Will definitely use them again.

Bought this as a gift for my son who is getting ready to start medical school. Everything seemed to be packaged well and the products were all heavy and sturdy. I feel we made the right decision with ordering this student medical kit, our son is on his way for great things!

I have been wanting this since 2003. My husband surprised me with it for my birthday. The website was easy to navigate through and to specialize my stethoscope. Payment was easy and it was delivered on the day they told me it was going to be here, although I didn't know UPS ran past 8 PM. Part of my order never showed up, and I paid for two day shipping. I think my two day shipping should be refunded since nothing took two days... and I would like the rest of my order that I paid for.
