I recieved my stethoscope with a personalized engraving. It's really nice!

Although the product was exactly what I wanted for my graduates, I was rather upset that the customer service lady I spoke to told me that if i added the extra $12 for 3 day delivery there would be no issue however when I spoke to another lady she told me the inventory was good and as soon as my account was settled the stethescopes would immediately be taken out of inventory and engraved on site and mailed that same day due to my time of ordering I didnt have to pay the extra amount but it was too late as my card was already charged

I ordered a graduation gift for our Daughter at 10:49 a.m. with a laser personalization. At 11:49 a.m. that same day I received an email notification that the item had been shipped. I was afraid that maybe they did not see the purchased personalization so I contacted them via email and they very promptly responded and advised that they ship and personalize in house. In less than a week the item arrived and I could not have been more happy with it! It is exactly what I asked for and more. With our Daughter going into the medical field you can GUARANTEE I will be ordering from them again!

Cardiology III stethoscope/Very good product. Price was close to competitors. Initials etched and product shipped the same day. I received it a few days later.

I love how my stethoscope looks, but I do think the font size is small on the bell. I like how it looks on the tubing. Also I wish I was able to add symbols to the personalization. Classic 3 is great! Sound is crisp.
