Transaction was smooth. Stethoscope seemed in good shape. Engraving looked nice. Eartips were low quality and ripped in less than a week.

Great company

Had a few problems/concerns about a scrub purchase that the staff were able to answer and remedy quickly. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. Even needed to return/exchange items that were to large....that process could be more customer friendly. Ie. i send items back and they are replaced with what's requested vs reordering and then shipping back. over all very good and I would use them and recommend them to colleagues. Thank you!

Loved the color (breast cancer pink), the fit, and the length/weight. Also went to a great cause. Thank you!

Service with this company was great! My item (although it required engraving), shipped the very next day and I received it a couple of days after that. The quality of the item and engraving is great and I can't wait to put it on my new stethoscope!! Would highly recommend this company with any future purchases!

I received my product in a timely manner. It was handled well, and I have no complaints.
