Very disappointed-- as the entire purpose of personalizing was to deter theft, yet your personalization is not even found-- without close scrutiny. Your etching is same color as the tubing, thus it is worthless. Very disappointed. Ripped off, definitely. Order #100057352.

Great products and very fast shipping

Ordered a custom stethoscope for my daughter who graduates nursing school soon. In my 40 years in healthcare, I have not had the ease of selection and purchase that I had on this transaction. The site is well designed for ease of use and intuitive progression through the process. The item arrived as promised and is exactly as ordered, including customization.

Hi. While searching Google for an article of clothing I needed for work, i found the item in a Google search at Redding Medical and then ordered and paid for this item. The next day I was contacted by Redding to let me know that the item was actually out of stock and they could not get more of the item because the item had been discontinued. A little disappointed to hear the item was unavailable, but more impressed at how quickly they alerted me to the fact that it was unavailable, and also impressed that they had already started processing a refund with the option of claiming the refund, or applying it to another order. I opted for the refund in this case, and was glad for the opportunity to make a quick decision rather than hearing from them a week or so later saying " sorry, item no longer available" or some such thing. Straight and to the point, over and done. The way things should be. Thanks!
