I don't usually write these reviews, but I was impressed by the customer service enough that i believe it deserves to be praised (special shout out to Janet who promptly replied to my emails and responded to my phone calls). Received confirmation of my order within 24hrs of placing it and was asked to verify my information by a real person just so they had my info right and everything was secure. They were also very accommodating with small modifications to my custom order. Order processing and shipping was prompt. Received timely communication for when the order was received, processed, and ultimately shipped. Good quality engraving on the stethoscope I ordered. My ultimate satisfaction from this purchase came from the human connection I felt from the customer service as a whole. It felt personalized and real without any automated/computerized nonsense; it was refreshing. I will come back if I need to make more purchases in the future.

They shipped my order to the wrong school in a different state, after I spoke with one of their representative to confirm what school to send it to. The they said there was no notes on the account from the previous representative.

I purchased this stethoscope for my daughter and she loves it!

I highly recommend this company. Their prices for Littmann stethoscopes were the best I could find online, their shipping was fast (and a few dollars cheaper than other larger companies) and the engraving was done perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase!

The only complaint I have is the website is slow & doesn't always have updated information. However, when they were out of stock on some items (where the site had not updated), someone was quick to call and make a substitution for us.
