Fast delivery! Great looking Steth..the engraving was FANTASTIC!!!

Reasonable if not fantastic prices, but oddly slow delivery considering what is becoming more commonplace. Product is fine - the same as can be gotten from a variety of retailers, so price is the deciding factor.

I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter's graduation. I had it personalized. I received it in the time stated when I ordered it. Very fast! She loves it!

I ordered my stethoscope, and immediately got an email confirming the length of the tubing. Nice touch. I was then told I would be emailed when it shipped, so I could track it. By the way, I paid extra for more expedited shipping. After a week, no contact. I emailed back and immediately got a "sorry for not getting back to you" response. I would be notified when it shipped. That afternoon, I received an email it finally shipped. Still hasn't arrived. As a courtesy, I would expect a "good" company at this point to waive the shipping fee altogether. Let's hope the thing arrives soon.
