Navigating through the website was extremely easy, the best prices I could find, and shipping and delivery was exceptional. I purchased my order and received it within three days with basic shipping, all the while I was updated via email about the status of my order. I will definitely order from the site again!

Your customer service is the lowest I have ever experienced. You agreed to a delivery date and delivered my items four days later. When I called to inquire, all I received was an ignorant "customer service" representative who told me there was nothing she could do and could not answer any of my questions. She also laughed about the situation. There is no way in the world will I ever recommend this company or make any purchases from them in my lifetime.

I purchased a Littmann stethoscope from Redding Medical that arrived with the wrong engraving font. I contacted the company about this and received a response from a representative. She tried to blame me for this mistake and asked me to show her proof of selecting a font on the stethoscope. The email I received from them did not list my font choice and had I known that there would be a glitch or that the company would do this, I would have taken screenshots on my computer every step of the purchasing order. In the end, she offered to send me a new stethoscope with my requested font. However, after this experience, I no longer trust Redding Medical to deliver what I paid for. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, and she kept emphasizing how they would have to absorb the costs of this and that, rather than having the courtesy to fix the mistake. Thankfully, Littmann lived up to their promise of an excellent stethoscope, however I would recommend choosing a different Littmann authorized seller, or taking pictures of each step of the purchase to future buyers that want to use Redding Medical. Hopefully, the company will also have the courtesy to email customers what their desired font is should things like this happen again.
