Excellent service and product.

I ordered the Master Cardiology stethoscope from Redding. It was competitively priced and came in great condition. They had it engraved and shipped to me on the day of purchase, and I had it within 2 days. The engraving was off-center a bit because I only chose 2 letters instead of 3. When I called to inquire, they were very professional and happy to remedy the situation. They engraved a new chest piece and sent me a shipping label to send back the original one. They wanted to make sure that I could still use the stethoscope while I was waiting for the new chest piece. They definitely put the customer first, and I greatly appreciated that. In case you're wondering if it is ok to remove the Master Cardiology chest piece from the tubing and replace it with the new one - it is. I even contacted 3M to confirm because I didn't want to mess up a brand stethoscope. Give Redding a try. You won't be disappointed.

I like the stethoscope but unhappy about engraving it is way to dark and you would think the company would have chosen a lighter color for the engraving on a smoke colored diaphragm wish I wouldn't have paid the extra money for engraving
