Loved it and shipped in timely manner

Ordered my stethescope on Friday, it arrived Tuesday AND I had it engraved! It's beautiful. It's perfect. Was stuck between the cardiology & the classic, & im positive I made the best choice! Thank you!

Overall experience was ok; due to rise in credit card fraud, I received a call from a representative to verify form of payment & shipping address. I appreciate the proactivity. After 2 days of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I contacted the company to check on shipment status. At that time I was informed I only ordered the earpiece for a stethoscope. It would be helpful to add a note to that item page to ensure customers are aware it's JUST the earpiece, stethoscope not included.

Shipping was fast and the item looked exactly how it was described on the website. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else who is thinking of ordering from them.
