Great customer service my stethoscope looks amazing customer service called to verify my address shipping cost took the time to care because I wasn't ordering with my school group I was ordering on my own I would shop there again thank you

The item I ordered was not in stock ( the website said it is in stock) but i was told this only after i had made the payment. I was given an option to change the colour of the item I ordered or wait for the next stock . I opted for a refund. As I used an international credit card for the purchase i was told it would take some time to get the money back. It has almost been 3 weeks or so, still waiting for my $229 . Sigh
