Great customer service, very fast and wonderful quality work! The only think I would suggest, if is someone makes a purchase which requires them to sent something in (i.e. to get engraved) to include shipping directions and the address in the purchase confirmation email. I would highly recommend Redding Medical and plan continue shopping with them.

As an RN, I have made several purchases from this company. I always worry about authenticity when buying something expensive like a high end stethoscope. There are many reviewers on Amazon that claim they received “knock-off” or used items. I recently bought my second stethoscope from Redding. They are an authorized dealer of the brand I wanted. Both scopes were 100% authentic, well packaged, and shipped very fast. I definitely would recommend Redding Medical.
