I ordered a graduation gift at the very last minute and it was delivered the next day, as promised. The engraving on the stethoscope was beautiful and perfect. A customer service agent called me within one hour of my order to inform me that the color of the BP cuff I ordered was out of stock and I was able to choose another color. The items were all packed safely and securely. Perfect gifts for my new daughter RN!! I will definitely be ordering from Redding again! TIP: if you are getting a stethoscope as a gift, get it from Redding and GET IT ENGRAVED WITH THE NAME OF THE RECIPIENT! I'm also a nurse and believe me, stethoscopes GET STOLEN in the hospital so it helps to have your name engraved on it.

My Littmann arrived and I could not be more obsessed !! Came extremely fast and the personalization looks incredible.

Chose expensive shipping method and sthethoscope still arrived late. Ridiculous

The site was easy to maneuver, I found what I wanted and ordered. Everything was straightforward and easy. My order didn't take long to get here. Very pleased, would order from them again.

Worst experience ever. The stethoscope had a problem. I called redding medical they told me to call Littmann. Littmann offered to fix it under warranty but I have to pay for shipping both ways. I called redding again spoke with the manager Matt he got back with towards the end of the day telling that Littmann will fix it and pay for the shipping. Two days later I haven’t heard from Littmann so I called redding again and he gave a contact name Sandra Velte at Littmann. I called her, however she wasn’t available and never called me back. Here I am almost a week without a working stethoscope. Definitely, I will never deal with such worthless company like Redding medical again.
