We sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration this has caused you, Kirk. We understand how important timely service is, and we regret that your experience has not met expectations. After reviewing your case, I do see that you paid for the provider visit fee and for your prescription. It looks like we attempted to contact you regarding a backorder with your medication. If you did not receive that email, I do apologize for that. We did send the email a few days after we received your prescription and had attempted to order in the medication. I'm sorry that we did not contact you right away, but we were hoping to get the medication back in stock sooner. It does appear that we were able to get your prescription canceled per your request as well as refund you the cost of the medication. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for not being as communicative as you needed. Our providers are required to give a reason as to why a treatment may be denied, and the reason is found in the visit section of your account. I'm sorry you were not given a clearer explanation for the denial, but I am glad you had a good experience with our Patient Care Advocate who issued you the refund as per our policy. Exceptional services means getting your prescription processed quickly; our team will process your order and ship the same day it is prescribed (within 24 hours). There have been some shipping delays due to catching up from the holiday the previous week, and for that we do apologize. We are doing our best to catch up and get everyone's orders shipped as quickly as possible. I also apologize if the provider gave you some incorrect information. Unfortunately, they do not have any control over the processing and shipping of prescriptions at the pharmacy. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Nick. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payments made Monday through Friday. Per our website "USPS estimates but does not guarantee delivery at 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be increased during holidays or periods of high package volume". We do offer expedited shipping through the UPS as well for an additional cost. Please note, payment for expedited shipping must be charged by 8am CST Monday through Friday to be eligible to be shipped the same day. Payments charged after 8am CST may not be picked up from the pharmacy until the following day. It is important to know that UPS considers the first business day the day after the package is picked up from our pharmacy and only includes Monday through Friday. Should you need to start your treatment right away, you always have the choice to pick your medication up at a local pharmacy. You would not be eligible for the discounted provider visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, but this would ensure you receive your prescription much more quickly. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations George. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our services. After reviewing your case, I see that you paid for your prescription over the weekend. Per the shipping section on our website “most prescriptions are shipped within 48 hours of being paid for when payment occurs Sunday through Thursday” as “orders are not shipped over the weekend”. We can confirm that your order was shipped within that 48-hour time frame. It does also state on our website that delivery is estimated (but unfortunately not guaranteed) between 2-5 business days. I’m sorry you feel that this was not fast enough, but there is a timelier option available for patients who are needing to receive their treatment more urgently. When you fill out the intake form for your visit with one of our providers, you have the option to have the prescription sent to a local pharmacy for pick-up instead. While the discounted provider fee is not applicable in that case, you will be able to receive your prescription much more quickly. We’re sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations Christian and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. You are correct about our refund policy. The policy states “payments for provider fees are refundable for completed visits when the provider does not prescribe treatment. This provides a risk-free experience for our customers. Otherwise, visit and consultation payments are for the time and expertise of our licensed providers and are not refundable.” Unfortunately, you were not eligible for a refund for the provider fee due to our refund policy. After reviewing the information you provided in your intake form, the provider did prescribe you your preferred treatment. It does appear that the same day you submitted your intake form for provider review, you also deleted your account with us. Since you deleted your account with us the same day the treatment was written, the prescription that the provider wrote was voided, and you would not have received a review and pay email from us regarding the prescription. The Patient Care Advocate you were working with did communicate with you the following day that deleting your account with us “results in the loss of your ability to access your account information, including order history/tracking and communication with your provider.” Even though you were prescribed treatment, deleting your account the same day results in a loss of access to that information and a void of the prescription. I am very sorry our service did not meet your expectations or failed you in any way.
