I switched to Redbox RX from Nurx and…
I switched to Redbox RX from Nurx and it is night and day difference! Nurx has AWFUL customer service and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone, but so far my experience with Redbox RX is the opposite. I had an initial issue with my prescription and one call fixed it immediately - I wasn’t on hold long AND actually spoke to a real person who handled everything. Getting my prescription was simple and everything arrived quickly. I’m annoyed that I wasted a year with Nurx and their awful service when Redbox RX was here all along! I will update my review as my experience with Redbox continues but right now I am so pleased and it’s hard to describe how much better a customer experience this is to my previous company.

Couldn't be easier to get the meds you…
Couldn't be easier to get the meds you need. It would have taken me 2 weeks to get into my doctor's office, and that is as an established patient! Glad I was able to use this great service.

Next Step to Prescription Medication
The video chat went rather well. The provider decided it’s in my best interest to continue using Trazadone to treat Insomnia. Thanks.

Just that you guys are awesome you guys have helped me out I should have kept my refills of my birth control pills but I'm having a hard time right now but you guys are awesome Thank you so much how do I get a refill of my birth control pills I don't have much money
