I cannot believe how efficient this system proved to be. I have eczema and have struggled my entire life with skin issues. Sadly, my insurance makes it difficult to get a simple tube of hydrocortisone cream. I have to go in and see my physician and that usually takes a week at least to be seen. A week doesn’t sound like a long time to wait, But it can feel like eternity when you have eczema on your face and neck or hands and arms, and everyone sees it and stares at it And you feel uncomfortable and your own skin. Please RedBox, keep up the great work! And everyone else, Support this company and let’s keep them in business!

You may pay more as opposed to using insurance, but all the red tape is gone with RedBox. I've been on a lot of different meds through the years and have figured out what works best. So when I saw they offered it here, I decided I could live with the higher price. You can get an appointment any time most days, even same day within the hour sometimes. Doctors/ nurses are professional and respectful and very to the point. I get in, get out, get my meds, all from home. I've always been an anxious person when it comes to doctors, so this service is a godsend.

Initially, my visit was left in limbo. It wasn’t denied or approved. When I called customer service I got no answers or apologies, was transferred to pharmacy and then hung up on. Called back and was told I needed to have a video consultation. I spoke with a very kind nurse practitioner who took the time to ask lots of great questions regarding timing of my issues and other things that could be contributing. She explained the side effects and things I need to look out for and made good recommendations regarding future care. I’m not a bit surprised that this NP was such a professional. Every one I meet is always amazing!

such a helpful service. super convenient and much easier than seeing a physical provider. Pricing isnt the cheapest out there but its easy to get treatment and not expensive.

The response time was quick. Ordering is easy. I am highly satisfied and will look to Redbox RX for my prescription needs in the future.

Easy communication with Doctor prescriber

My experience with Dr. Salmon was great. He’s compassionate, understanding and helped me with more than just my script. He went above and beyond to help me get to the root of the problem, which I would have never expected. I wish every doctor was like him. Very rare. I’m so grateful!!
