Request was fulfilled however took…
Request was fulfilled however took several days longer than expected. Additional questions and actuallyy filling took more than 2 days each ...very long lag times Prices reasonable

Hi Mary! Thank you for your honest feedback. We are aware that in some states it has been taking longer than the typical 24 hours to have evaluations completed. This is not our expectation and we are adding more providers to prevent that from happening in the future. If you pay for your treatment by noon Monday through Saturday most orders ship the same day. I apologize if specific circumstances caused delay in your order.

Excellent shipping but misleading consultant fee every time you order
Excellent shipping, fast response time with my requested medications. Only complaint is the additional Dr consultants fee when I went to renew for the next month. Misleading that the initial fee will be every time you want to order ? Likely won't order again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Lisa. If you have refills on your prescription, they will process automatically without having to complete another consultation. If you select a treatment option that is for a single fill, to get additional fills another consultation would be needed. Another consultation is also required any time you need to make changes to your treatment, like the quantity or strength. Please reach out to us at 844-733-2697 if you have further questions!

Simple & very reasonable
The process was simple and after answering a few pertinent questions the order was completed. The total cost of treatment was disclosed and no additional fees added at checkout. Once I can evaluate the product and happy with the results I will be happy to provide 5 Stars ! I’m sure I will be a return customer.

Prescription not in stock
Placed an order and according to the website it would ship within 24 hours. After contacting customer support I found out the pharmacy does not have my medication in stock and they don't know when it will ship. Would have been nice to know before I placed my order and paying them $150 dollars. Update: Still not shipped. Doesn't look good. At this point I would advise to stay away from this company. Update 2: Called this morning (because customer support did not respond to emails and chat) and was told my prescription was finally in stock and would ship today. Turns out its another lie. It did not ship. At this point I have no choice but to give 1 star. I will update if they eventually ship. It sucks because I really wanted to give this company a fair chance but at this point I cannot recommend them. Update 3: My order shipped and because of the delay the shipping got a free upgrade to FedEx and my account got credited. Which I really appreciate. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars!

I'm sorry your shipment was delayed. Unfortunately back orders and out of stocks happen occasionally. We do our best to update our website as soon as we are made aware of any issues. Then we work hard with our pharmacy to get product in so we can ship to those of your that have already paid. If for any reason we are not able to ship your order, you will be refunded.
