I find this is definitely the easiest app to use when ordering Latisse online. They’re not secretive or they don’t trick you. They’re just very clear what you need to do and whether you need a doctors prescription, etc. I would’ve given them a five star except I think the generic Latisse is very poorly discounted compared to the brand name. It’s almost the same price and I just wish it was cheaper but nothing is cheap these days. This is my one and only splurge on myself so I guess I’m worth it😀

Was pretty smooth and quick no issues price seem decent for not having a figure out a bunch of bs with doctors and all that filled out the forms and had the meeting the phone. We’ll see how everything continues to work on the back end where really matters

As far as haircare goes, RedBox is the cheapest compared to other prescriptive retailers on the market. I have been using their 90 day 2mg tablets for awhile now. I have been looking for a more inexpensive retailer that is affordable, with fast shipping, and decent customer service offerings. I wish that the tablet would contain spironolactone as well, as they are sold separately while other providers combine them. For context, Happy Head is $66 for 90 days. Hers - $174 for 6 months. Ro - $90 for 90 days. I moved from Ro to RedBox because of this.

The concept of RedBox Rx is long overdue, and I'm so grateful that a friend recommended it. I've needed medication for a couple of different things and was unable to receive the prescriptions or guidance I needed from in-person doctors, mainly due to incompetence. With my last primary care doctor, I always felt like I knew more about prescriptions than they did, and I was getting nowhere. I've pretty much given up on the old-school health system. RedBox Rx has made it extremely convenient for me to get what I need, and at a decent price. As someone who heavily researches medications before I request them, I really like that I can choose the medication that I'd like to have a consultation about. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because not all of the RedBox Rx doctors have the same level of professionalism. For example, the first consult I had, the NP was professional and knowledgable–I felt like I was in good hands. The second consultation I had was odd, as she hardly showed her face on the screen which felt really bizarre, and she didn't really seem like she was paying attention to me or that she was prepared. I recommend that RedBox Rx pay closer attention to the experience for customers in the consultation and have certain best practices put in place. That being said, the two medications I've received have made a massive difference for me, and I will be continuing to recommend it to my friends and family.

I need to hear back from someone please. Post office stated that you guys sent it to the wrong address... The post office claimed the address was wrong and sent back. However, it was delivered the following day.

I accessed the site on Friday evening. Information on the site implied that my order would be processed on Saturday but it was not. It took till Monday afternoon for my order to ship. A little disappointed.
