Provider evaluations, both initial and follow up, range from no charge to $69 depending upon the type of evaluation and the pharmacy selection. Hi Cyndy. You can change your default payment method in the 'My Account' section of your RedBox Rx Account. We allow you to add and remove payment methods there. If you have any questions please give us a call at 844-733-2697. We'd be happy to walk you through it.
