In all honesty I have been with this company since October. It started out with a bunch of promises that you could actually speak with a provider but that is not so. If there are questions or anything.. good luck! Charge again, also if you want to change or add different treatment another charge if you are lucky enough to even get someone to listen. Best advise not worth it at all.

I don't use redboxrx, but I looked at the mental health prices... the cost to see the doctor who even in person doesn't spend much time to decide on a medication is well priced at $25 is good. That would be a great but the cost of the monthly medication is more than double the cost at your local pharmacy. So paying 25 a month with a minimum of 3 months 75 when you can get most of these at 30 buck for 3 months unethical in my opinion. Just say the doctor cost 60 and 3 month supply is 30... now as to the non stimulant adhd medication that cost at the local pharmacy 20 bucks so this is not a bad deal there.

I was suffering with severe depression and made an appointment in January. The medication I have taken off and on since 1989 is a very inexpensive and basic prescription. I advised the amount I had always taken and the NP refused to give me that dose. To give you an idea the dosage for an adult is 20 to 80 mg. I have always taken 40 except for a severe case where I took 60 mg. I asked for 40 and she refused stating I could suffer from serotonin syndrome. She wrote it for 20 mg. I was desperate so I gave it 3 weeks. I then called to follow up. The next NP agreed to 40 mg on a Monday morning. Friday comes around and my status is still pending. I call and was told that the Rx was filled and shipped. I asked for a tracking number and was told to call another number for that. I was unable to reach anyone after 30 minutes of hold time and left a message. I then received an email as soon as I hung up saying the rx was processing and asked for payment. I had 3 pills left at this point and paid online for overnight shipping. Again no tracking number. Today is 11 days later and my package arrives. Soon after I get a notification on my credit card that another charge went through and I look and a refill for the 20 mg was processed. I called in and the representative acted like I was stupid for not canceling the 20 mg when I was prescribed the 40mg. I explained that I thought since the NP changed my dosage that they wouldn’t also send me 20mg. She said that those are two different appointments and she couldn’t cancel the order since it already shipped. Poor service and someone messed up on shipping my second prescription. I’m very disappointed with how poorly I was treated.

Make sure you READ everything regarding ADHD medication because it can be very misleading to the consumer as they CAN'T and DO NOT PRESCRIBE OR REFILL controlled substance medication. I wasted time and money filling out all their "required" information regarding ADHD and never did it ask me if I was ok with non stimulant which should be called NON CONTROLLED substances as treatment. My video call with the nurse practitioner who by the way are surfacing up more than ever today, they must be giving out diplomas like candy on Halloween because that's all you get today and NONE OF THEM CAN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!! Total waste of time and money. I'm better off going to Mexico and getting the medication I need than trying to get it the right way in this country. Save yourself time, money and frustration, read everything like you were an attorney before paying ANYTHING UP FRONT to companies like this.

I COULD NOT GET THE DRUG I NEEDED.

I don’t understand why I need to do a periodic checkup by submitting my hair pictures every three months for finasteride. If I stop taking finasteride, my hair will fall out. This is a lifetime commitment. There’s no need for me to take this survey and pay to have a doctor look it over with my pictures included. It’s pointless and a waste of money.

The meeting with the care provider was the best part of the whole experience for me. The meds are extremely overpriced (checked on GoodRx and the same med and dose was a 1/3 of the price RedBoxRX charged) and it takes a week to 10 days to receive the meds which is not desirable. Have received meds from other telehealth companies in 2 days.

Took 3days for the provider to put in the RX. Still waiting for the medication, been a little over week now waiting for meds. Looked up the pharmacy they are coming from it’s 49mins away from me. Called the customer service they are going to send a tracking number “sometime this afternoon” seems like the only thing they are on top is asking for payment.
