This company was a life saver! After moving to a new state, I was struggling to find a primary care doctor that takes my insurance and was accepting new patients. I finally found one, but they were booking six months out. Ok, I made the appointment and convinced my old doctor to keep refilling my prescriptions for six more months, even tho that is *technically* illegal, since I no longer live on that state. Six months goes by, and a day before my appointment, the doctor's office calls to reschedule it because the doc is sick. I get it, people get sick, but the earliest they could get me in was THREE MONTHS away! Un-freaking-believable! I was freaking out, because I need my medication to function well, and I was out of refills. I found Redbox Rx and filled out the forms for migraines. They approved it within a day, and shipped out the meds as soon as it was approved by their doctor. I cannot express the relief I felt when I got the "shipping" email. The difference between dealing with my local doctor and dealing with Redbox was night and day! They only treat certain conditions, so they can't totally replace having a local doctor, but they fill a gap in the market, and I am SO GRATEFUL that they exist! They are *slightly* more expensive than my co-pays would have been for a doctor's visit and medication, but the cost was still very reasonable (for my condition it was $25 for the visit, and $25 a month for the medication), and it is so refreshing to know the cost upfront! It's honestly worth the few extra dollars to be able to know for sure how much it costs, rather than being suddenly surprised at the pharmacy when my insurance stops covering a medication I've been using for years and suddenly I owe hundreds of dollars rather than the usual tens (which has happened to me before, and is extremely distressing). Seriously, this is a life saver of a company! In a perfect world, I sould be able to get an in-person appointment and discuss my medical problems with a local doctor. But God knows this is nowhere near a perfect world when it comes to healthcare in the United States, and this company fills a major gap in our market for compassionate, routine, non-emergency care.

The process is almost too easy, quick and efficient. Definitely cheaper than going to your doctor and using insurance, especially if you haven’t met your deductible.

My cousin told me about this service. I was thinking it'll take weeks. This was so simple to do. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I got a message that in 24hrs they'll get back to me but it was less than 20mins. My prescription is on it's way already. This is way too convenient. I love it!
