Many of our patients do not have prescription insurance coverage or have high deductible plans. Our visit fees and prescriptions costs are often less than typical insurance copays. Thank you for your feedback Linsey. We are so glad you have been able to have some success with our program. RedBox Rx actually does have some options for faster shipping if you wish for it. When paying for your treatment, you have the option to select a couple different options for expedited shipping. Our default shipping is USPS First Class. Thank you for your feedback Beth. The full cost of our consultations are $69 but when you choose to have your medications shipped to your address, we cover a portion of that consultation fee for you. In this case you paid $39 for your visit and $25 for the prescription, a total of $64. You always have the option of selecting another pharmacy to have your prescription electronically prescribed to, but would be responsible for the entire visit fee. That route your total would have been $75 so we were able to save you over $10 and you have the added convenience of avoiding the line at a retail pharmacy.

We offer treatment for over 20 conditions. Unfortunately not all conditions should be managed through our telehealth services. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription for the most appropriate medication. That is not always the medication that you prefer, but our providers will explain why you were given an alternative treatment in their notes to you.

Hi Karina. Thank you sharing your experience. Before you pay for your evaluation, on the visit check out screen, you can select any pharmacy you would like to receive your prescription. When you select our pharmacy to fill your prescriptions, we pay a portion of the evaluation fee for you. This is part of the RedBox Rx advantage as well as low prices and automatic refills (if applicable). Hi Carla. In most case you will receive an email containing a link to track your order within 48 hours of your treatment shipping. If you not received your email, please reach out to us so we can get you the tracking information.
