When you choose our pharmacy to ship your prescription(s), the default shipping method is through UPS Mail Innovations, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days though there may be delays due to extenuating circumstances. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the pricing and shipping options are listed on our website. The quickest way to get your prescription is to have it sent to your local pharmacy. While you would not be eligible for the discounted visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, you would be able to get your prescription much more quickly especially if it is a medication you are needing urgently. Thank you for reaching out Sterling. Unfortunately, we do experience periodic backorders on some of our prescriptions due to supply and/or manufacturer issues. We do our best to notify patients as quickly as possible of the backorder, but depending on the number of patients affected, it may not be as quickly as we would like for which we apologize. Our team is actively trying to get information from the manufacturer on when your medication will be back in stock, but there is not always receive a clear or exact answer. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention Danielle. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. We also offer many different treatment plans, and many of those plans include automatic refills. However, we understand if you would like to choose when you want to refill your medication. One of the many benefits of our services at RedBox Rx is that we give you the control over your refills. You can choose to refill your prescription early, delay your auto-refill, or cancel your auto-refill. To cancel your prescription refills (auto-refills), visit the treatments section of your account and click the button that says, “Stop Automatic Refills.” This will cancel all future refills from automatically being filled and shipped to you. You will receive confirmation via email once you do so. It is the patient's responsibility to manage their treatments and stop any refills they do not wish to receive. Orders that have been processed by our pharmacy cannot be cancelled and refunded. This is why we also send out reminder emails several days prior to your prescription being processed. That way patients have plenty of time to delay or cancel the refill if they do not need it at that time. We strive to reply to all emails within 72 hours and thank you for your patience during times of delay. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm CST. After reviewing your case, I see that we did reply to your inquiry and have been working with our provider team to fix the issue with the prescription. Once that issue has been resolved, we will make sure to get your prescription to you as soon as possible.
