I was between insurance (New job) and on a routine medication (not a controlled substance). The wait time between requesting the medication and getting a response was 6 days (far beyond the 24 hours advertised) - this response came after 2 separate inquiries. The provider said the medication was sent to my pharmacy- it was not. I gave their eRX two days to reach my pharmacy - no medication was ever sent. So I contacted a the company to request the medication actually be sent...a phone call let me know it would be there in an hour. Two days later - still nothing. So I worked with a different company (GoodRx) for my short term Rx refill and they were so very prompt and truthful (aka, when they said they sent a prescription, I actually saw said Rx pending with my pharmacy).

I have been waiting three days to be contacted for my consultation with a provider. Already paid that fee, called several times and emailed. Please don’t use this site. I wish I researched before I spent money.

I paid 69 dollars to get presidone bc I am very sick w allergy / sinus infection. The provider gives me a 10 dollar nose spray that can be bought over the counter. Unbelievable and a total rip off. I cannot believe this robbery. They said 24 hrs to get prescription took 36 hrs and now I’m waiting for the provider to call me and they cannot tell me when the provider will call. Still sick and no medication and no answers. Loss of 69 dollars.

Do not use this company! Even if you cancel they will stiil send and hit your credit card.

They didn't respond for 2 days then cancelled our appointment due to an emergency(?). Finally we had the appointment but were unable to get the Rx sent to our local pharmacy in a reasonable amount of time, and they also surprised us by telling us we needed to pay another $60 because we weren't using their pharmacy. So we have to go to urgent care. Save your money and waiting 3 days by the phone - it will cost you as much as an urgent care visit anyway.

By far one if the worst experiences I've had with a online company. No email to reach out to ask questions. I called 5 times it never rings is just a silence. I am actually glad I didn't purchase anything because I have zero confidence that they would actually come thru. I'll try somewhere else this com0any is a walking red flag

Very fast initial respone same day and took a little time. Similar but slower than the gotroman website. Most of the pills were fake, or the entire first two scripts were, but they had some type of happy medication in it. I didnt take it everyday because the script wasnt for depression but it would definitely cause it so wedont understand follow up appointments. It cost like $25 each script and maybe the first was $75, these websites may be a part of a temporary scam where it gets shutdown by them after everyone knows about it. Medical insurance didnt lower prescription pill prices.chemicals were cheapunless you know how to sell it in person without appointments. They act like we never took Zoloft before but decided to get it prescribed online. The dosage is also very low of 25 mg when we usually took 100 mg or broke it in half. Its not hard to be prescribed a serotonin reuptake inhibitor in person but maybe it should be. It's probably based overseas, I filled it out in the middle of the night. Zoloft aka sertraline killed parasites so they didnt want us taking it. Dont remember the exact date but it doesnt really matter.

Terrible experience. Tried to be ‘seen’ by a doctor for a medical issue. They assigned a Nurse Practitioner who asked questions unrelated to my issue like this hat vitamins was I taking when she finally replied after 48 hours. Then after asking increasing more irrelevant questions over two days she said I was fine and did not actually need medication. Do not recommend.
