Total Scammers..Took my money of $69.00…
Total Scammers..Took my money of $69.00 after anti nausea medication was approved the only problem is it was never sent to my pharmacy. They have been reported to BBB. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people that are reached out for help!

I will update this review hopefully for a much better score once I hear back from this company. I saw a Facebook ad saying that the product was just $20 for a 30 day supply. I was charged $10 for a consultation and another $30 for a 30 day supply. When I was completing checkout, I verified my order was going to be $20 per month so at the moment, I am feeling scammed.

They make it very difficult to cancel
They make it very difficult to cancel. I can’t seem to find a way to cancel the subscription service on their website. It’s hidden or nonexistent. Phone calls to them go to answering machines. I just want to get out of this mess.

It’s a waste of time and money
It’s a waste of time and money. I never received my eczema cream. It says delivered and they tell me to reach out to usps but I was at home when they claimed it was delivered lol. Please don’t waste your money people . Please.

We ship your treatments to the shipping address on your account. A link to track your order will be emailed to you within 48 hours so you know when to expect your order. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, the best option is to reach out to the carrier for details about the delivery. If they can't help, please reach out to our patient care team and we will do everything we can to help.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Couldn't continue treatment, gave 30 tabs at a time for 2 weeks. Then unable to resolve issues and went with another company that more comprehensive. Pills and cream. Shame on them, using there own pharmacy and high price.

Confusing and scamming
Do not give your business to this company. They completely lock you in and they charge you over and over again. I wanted a one time refill on a prescription because I was out of town. They charge you for a visit and a prescription. Now I want to cancel it or move it to another pharmacy and they want to charge me for transferring it. I've asked them to cancel and they will not return my emails. They are a complete scam.

Terrible
Terrible. They make you pay up front, tell you they'll reach you within 48 hours, then ghost you. I'm curious if legal action can be taken against this company.. a nice class action lawsuit.
