I paid for the evaluation and they even texted with a question. It's 6 days later and my visit still shows under evaluation when it's supposed to be no more than 24 hours. Seems they just want their evaluation fee!

I'd warn you to read the fine print but it doesn't exist. "If it sounds too good to be true, it is" 100% applies with this place. They advertise themselves all over the internet as "$20/month" and with "You deserve treatment No hidden fees" and are a top sponsored suggestion on Google that you simply can't get away from. Too. Good. To. Be. True. Because everything they advertise is lies. Worst customer service ever, they don't respond and when they do it's nonsense. Here are the things you only find out after they've taken your (non-refundable) money: Right off the bat it costs $20 to start for your initial "virtual meeting" with a "doctor" where you just fill out a form. You never get a chance to actually speak to a doctor. They also do NOT take insurance like a pharmacy/other subscription services. That $20 visit cost does not cover your prescription. So immediately that $20/month they advertise everywhere is a blatant lie. That $20 (non-redundable) visit fee is also then increased to $69 unless you buy your (overpriced by more than 80%) prescription through them: $35 for the lowest strength/smallest bottle (to compare The same product strength/size through Amazon Pharmacy is less than $15, which not only takes insurance but gets it to you in 24 hours) None of this is clearly stated at any point until *after* they've gotten your money, and you contact their 'customer support' staff. I put support in quotes because I'm suspicious on whether or not they're actual people since support all reply like Day 1 AI robots; they don't seem to understand anything nor address your full concern, you have to send multiple emails to clarify, and receive a different reply each time from a different 'person'. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to actually pay for an overpriced prescription through this place and try to fix an issue with said prescription when they can't answer the basics of their own price/refund policy. Save yourself the headache, a lot of health insurance companies have programs that offer free (or nearly free) virtual visits with a doctor and you can get whatever prescription you need sent to your mail order/local pharmacy of choice.

DO NOT USE. They continued to ship medication after I canceled. Impossible to work with the customer service. I had to get my bank involved. I will share this awful experience with anyone considering using Red Box RX Their response is an attempt to make this experience appear to be user error when in reality an apparent IT issue resulted in canceled treatments shipping. Had they opened that or made it right without third part intervention I’d never had gone to the lengths to warn you about this company. They do not know what they are doing.

They sent me the wrong item, said that there was a note sent that they reduced the potency of the prescription although I very specifically requested the higher potency since it was what I'd been using. "NO RETURNS...even on unopened product" "Unfortunately you're stuck with this prescription." What kind of service is this? I will tell you.....GARBAGE SERVICE!!! I will never use this absurd company again. SCAMMERS and VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

This company will not send you your medication They take your money and then there is silence. No communication. Customer support either ignores your emails or lies to you. It is actually impossible to directly contact the pharmacy and the only answer you will get is that they will get back to you. I would warn everybody to think twice. Pay a little bit more somewhere else where they actually ship your items. It seems that I got scammed and my money got stolen. I hope I will eventually get my medication but at this point I doubt it and I have no faith.

Paid all fees and med cost — never received medicine and they aren’t taking calls. People, it’s a scam. DO NOT GUVE THEM YOUR MONEY! (Added this 12/19/2023). Interesting enough Redbox RX responded to this post that I made here on Trust Pilot with a very kind sounding post of their own offering to figure things out if I will call them. Here are the problems with this —(1) I have been trying to call this number for several days. (2) I have been sending emails to their customer support. (3) on the original order, and with each subsequent contact my phone number as well as my email address are available to them. (4) The only return contact I have received from them has been here at this Trust Pilot website (see their reply to my original post). Therefore, to all appearances, they are far more concerned with putting a good spin on their public image than with fulfilling their obligations. This has been my experience, and my experience only. Good luck with yours.
