I ended up paying 35.00 for the cream…
I ended up paying 35.00 for the cream plus the visit fee. 23 days later I get an email stating I'm out of refills. So I basically have to pay the visit fee and 35.00 for the cream. I signed up for a 20.00 cream. The 35.00 wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have the 20.00 prescriber fee.

Thank you for sharing your concern with us Michelle. We offer a 45 gram tube of tretinoin for $60 if you select to receive automatic refills. That tube lasts most patients about 3 months so that equates to $20 per month. If you select to receive a single 20 gram tube instead the cost is $35 and you would need to complete another evaluation if you'd like to continue your treatment. Once you find the right treatment, we'd recommend selecting a treatment plan for a 3 month supply plus automatic refills. That will allow you to take advantage of our lowest cost option. I ordered a very simple prescription
I ordered a very simple prescription. I was not emailed a tracking number. When I checked the order status in my account dashboard it says "unknown." I emailed support but from the reviews I am unsure how this will play out. If you have published time-frames and promised shipment timeliness, you should adhere to them. Or at the bare minimum, update the customer. I don't want to chase down support just to be met with "we don't know where your shipment it"

I needed a cure for scabies and was…
I needed a cure for scabies and was sent prednisone. I needed ivermectine or promethrine. waste of my money still not a cure just something for the scratching.

Hello Bill, We allow patients to communicate their preferred treatment to their provider if they have one. If that treatment is appropriate the provider may choose to prescribe that to you. If not appropriate, they may prescribe an alternative. You will receive a message from your provider at the conclusion of your evaluation summarizing why you were prescribed the treatment you were. Will bs you for money
I sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and asked them to change it, and they said "our system will not allow us to transfer your prescription to our pharmacy", aka we want you to pay for another visit so we can get another $60 for 2 minutes of effort.

Unfriendly, indifferent provider.
Provider met with me for less than 10 minutes — dismissed my concerns, said "good luck" and ended the call. She made judgmental facial expressions during my responses. All of the symptoms I discussed were consistent with ADHD and she failed to recognize that anxiety can be a result of it.

Terrible Experience!
Do not trust this service! I paid $40 total (medication and consultation) and received nothing. They claimed there was no tracking info and to wait 10 days before contacting them. I never received anything and a couple weeks later I called and emailed. An extremely unprofessional and rude customer associate emailed me back named, Jennifer. She emailed me almost instantly with tracking information that said it was delivered almost 2 weeks ago. I asked where it was delivered to because where I live is tricky receiving packages and that’s why I wanted a tracking number, which was promised to me. She just sent a screen grab that it was dropped off with the receptionist or front desk person. I didn’t mind repaying the $20 to get my medication because I really need it, but I want to ensure that it wasn’t going to come out of my refill for the next month to avoid paying $69 for another consultation. This seems like a big scam. The reason being is a woman claimed, she never got any of my emails for last two days asking these questions. Then she didn’t even answer my question when she emailed me back. She said it would have to be ordered again at my expense. That isn’t what I was concerned with. I wanted to make sure it doesn’t come out of my refill. I don’t think that this is a real company. There’s no company on earth that treats our customers like this. Proceed with great caution.
