My experience was great! I wasn’t happy with the treatment or recommendations from my doctors visits and wasn’t prescribed what I knew from past experiences would help me. So I signed up for RedboxRx described my symptoms and provided photos and asked for a specific medication based on my own research. The medical team reviewed my file and concurred with what I was asking for and prescribed treatment in less than an hour. Would have cost me $250 to visit an urgent care facility even with health insurance. It cost me well under $100 total for RedboxRx. Only reason I gave 4 Stars and not 5 Stars is that I felt shipping could have been a bit faster but it was late in the week when I sent my request and the following Monday was a holiday so probably more my fault than theirs.

Thank you for your kind review Douglas! Unfortunately, the USPS does not ship on those government holidays, so I am sorry for the delay. Our goal is to process and ship prescriptions within 24 hours of us receiving them from the providers. Generally, for USPS it takes 2-5 days to get your package depending on where you are in the United States. We do offer some expedited shipping options or can send your prescription to a local pharmacy should you need it more quickly.
